A. SMS Consent & Use
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from TAP related to:

Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.
B. Mobile Information & A2P Compliance
TAP does not sell, rent, share, or disclose users' mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- SMS message content
- Messaging metadata
Mobile information is shared only with trusted service providers (such as Twilio) solely to enable messaging, verification, and essential communications features.
These providers are contractually prohibited from using mobile data for their own marketing, promotional, or unrelated purposes.

When you engage with a listing, we may share:

- Twilio (SMS delivery)
- Cloud hosting and storage providers

8. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you delete your account, TAP will delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required or necessary for:

B. Listing Data
When a listing or account is removed, public access is revoked. TAP may retain listing media and metadata internally for compliance, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes.
